A Completeness Proof for a Regular Predicate Logic with Undefined Truth Value

We provide a sound and complete proof system for an extension of Kleene's ternary logic to predicates. The concept of theory is extended with, for each function symbol, a formula that specifies when the function is defined. The notion of "is defined" is extended to terms and formulas via a straightforward recursive algorithm. The "is defined" formulas are constructed so that they themselves are always defined. The completeness proof relies on the Henkin construction. For each formula, precisely one of the formula, its negation, and the negation of its "is defined" formula is true on the constructed model. The document proposes a methodological device and some theoretical approaches to build a sociology of clinical practices in the "poles" (basic territorial units) of adult public psychiatry in France, based on a qualitative and quantitative exploratory survey in seven sites. By discussing the concept of development itself, authors propose two synthetic indexes relying on estimation of potential: Development Space Value and Development Space Creation Under the weak hypothesis that any successful development improves future possibilities, changes in potential are a good development measure. In their path, authors show how development space is tied with freedom: a shrink in it results mechanically in indexes fall. So, "sustainable" and "economic" become two sides of same piece rather than enemies. Reliable in simulations, the approach is to be tested in real conditions, to verify full data availability and to secure calculating methods.

The application of big data in healthcare typifies a complex socio-technical sys- tem. However, although research and practice have advanced the technical aspects of big data, comparable advancements in the social aspects (i.e., human and structural aspects) are lagging.
